For real estate agentsMortgage lender for real estate agents in Indiana
Send me your buyer. I'll send back a plan. Same day pre-approvals for your clients, updates in writing at every milestone, and a lender who answers his own phone, evenings and weekends included.

What an agent gets from Dillon
Dillon works with agents across Hamilton County, Indianapolis and the rest of Indiana who want a lender that's fast and communicative. Buyers under contract get same day handling.
The pre-approval is the first thing your buyer needs and the first thing Dillon delivers: same day, often faster, with a letter that holds up with agents and sellers because the file behind it's already reviewed. When your buyer finds the house, text him the listing and he runs the numbers on that exact property before the offer goes in.
From contract to closing you get updates in writing at each milestone, and Dillon flags underwriting issues early instead of the day before closing. His past files have averaged about 12 days from contract to clear to close. Joshua Hoeft, an agent, wrote on Google that Dillon "always helped walk my clients through scenarios."
Dillon also hosts homebuyer education classes. They're open to any agent and the public, and they're a good place to send a buyer who is six months out. Nothing here is conditioned on referrals and nothing is offered in exchange for them; the classes are education.
How an agent referral runs
Send me your buyer. I'll send back a plan.
Buyers under contract get priority same-day handling, and you and the buyer both hear from Dillon at every milestone.

Dillon, I've buyers who want to write on a house in Westfield tonight. Can you get them a letter?
Yes. Have them text me their names and numbers. I'll send the document checklist and run the pull as soon as it lands.
Letter is in your inbox and theirs, at the offer price. I ran the numbers on that address so the payment they saw is the real one.
Underwriting conditions are out. I've flagged the two items early so nothing surprises anyone at the table. I'll text you both at each milestone.

How fast can my buyer get a pre-approval letter?
The same day, and often inside an hour once the documents land. Dillon runs one document checklist and one credit pull, and the letter is written for the offer price on the house your buyer wants, so it holds up with the listing side.
Will you keep me updated or only the buyer?
Both, in writing, at every milestone: application, pre-approval, appraisal ordered, conditions out, clear to close. Agents on Google mention the speed of his replies to both sides more than anything else.
Do you offer anything to agents who refer clients?
No. Dillon doesn't pay for referrals or offer anything in exchange for them, and nothing on this site is conditioned on one. What agents get is a fast, communicative lender and homebuyer education classes open to any agent and the public.
Put time on Dillon's calendar
If you would rather talk than type, pick a time. A coffee is a conversation about how he works and what your buyers keep running into; there is nothing to sign and nothing is conditioned on sending him a file.
He also runs homebuyer education classes, open to any agent and to the public. They are a good place to send a buyer who is six months out from writing an offer.
